Mr. Boyce joined Millbrae in 2006 and is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has been active in Millbrae's development of the Mount Vernon/Central Dolomite fields and played a key role in negotiating and effecting the sale of the Paradigm field. Mr. Boyce was previously Managing Director at Walden Capital Corporation (Miami, Florida). While at Walden, Mr. Boyce participated in leveraged real estate funding and provided consulting services in several industries, including the oil and gas industry.

Prior to that, Mr. Boyce was Senior Vice President at Union Planters Corporation/Union Planters Bank and functioned as Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Manager of Credit Administration, and Chief Operating Officer/Florida Region. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Capital Bank in Miami, Florida. He began his career at KPMG, LLP in Los Angeles, California in auditing and management consulting. Mr. Boyce graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
