Douglas F. Beineman, Treasurer/Controller

Mr. Beineman has spent the past 35 years working in the financial side of the oil and gas industry in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Prior to joining Millbrae in 2008, he was CFO and Treasurer of Prospective Investment and Trading Company ("Pitco"). Pitco is a privately held exploration and production company which operated wells in 11 states. Prior to Pitco, Mr. Beineman was Treasurer/Controller of Plymouth Resources, Inc.; CFO of Dyco Petroleum and Vice President - Finance of Samson Resources. He began his career with Arthur Andersen LP in Tulsa and was an audit manager primarily working in the energy area. Mr. Beineman graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville and is a Certified Public Accountant.
